Indigenous plants are beautiful, easy to care for and are good for our native wildlife. Gwen Pyke has been gardening with indigenous and native plants in Haddon for the last 10 years. This workshop will introduce you to native plants that work well in Haddon in particular, but also in the broader Ballarat and Golden Plains area. You will learn about how to choose and care for indigenous plants to create a stunning yet low-maintenance and environmentally friendly garden.
This will be a FREE INTRODUCTORY discussion. We will be following up with a series of online classes on different topics such as "How to succeed with a waratah in Ballarat".
